Time to catch up

We did a little shoot last Sunday. Tony is obviously getting more comfortable in this role and is really expressing himself.

Tony did another Stock Photo Shoot in July with another Photographer. Two from that session have sold already!

I also took some photos of Tony back in May.

Head Shots 2/24/2008

Tony was involved in a stock photo shoot with another photographer. The photographer wanted students in a school setting, so we drove to Waco to the set of Heavenly High where they shot for several hours. I took along my camera and took just a few head shots of some of the kids while they were waiting around.

It was an odd place for me to shoot with no great backgrounds, but soon I found that all the exterior doors were painted different colors. I only used the purple and the yellow (yellow not so good since it had panels) but eventually we found some neutral backgrounds.


Some of the Stock Shots were cute of Tony just being a kid--no GQ look--just 15-year old boy. Another day of bonding with my son. THAT is just priceless.

Cheyenne & Joe's Family Shower

Dinner, Drinks, and Cake. LOTS of cake!

Dru & Dean hosted the Family Shower for the couple. The great-aunts brought extra favors and food for everyone and the couple was showered with lots of great gifts! Dinner was fabulous! Ham, brisket, beans, potato salad, macaroni salad, appetizers, and again---cake! Oh yeah, and Sandy brought the pudding shots!

Cheyenne's Bridal Shower 2/16/08

A Ladies Tea Party

Cheyenne's Aunt Minerva held a Ladies Only Tea Party to honor the upcoming nuptials of Cheyenne & Joe. We met in League City for a delicious, delightful afternoon of food, family & friends. A competitve game of BRIDE BINGO brought a lot of laughs and the mention of a recipe/photo/guest book brought Cheyenne to instant tears. Aunt D. provided the corsages.

Kristin & Luke's Wedding Slides

So - took almost 600 photos! No way to get them all in a slide show, but here is a quick show of the wedding itself. I think there will need to be multiple slide shows to capture it all.

Lots of getting ready shots. Lots of Ceremony shots. Lots of Reception shots. Lots of family shots.

Engagement Photos

I have lots of cousins--lots! I think there are 19 in my generation. Now the first of the next generation is getting married! Cheyenne, daughter to my cousin Albert and his wife Marci, is getting married in April and the young couple gave me the opportunity to take their engagement photos. Still learning, I was not too happy with my indoor shots--still working on lighting skills--but the couple is so cute and so fun to work with that we were able to get some loving shots while working outside. Their slides are below in the previous post.
